Client documents, without the chase, for UAE firms.
Send one secure link for a VAT return, a trade licence renewal or a visa file. Clients upload from their phone, reminders follow up on what’s missing, and your team reviews everything in one workspace.
Built for how Gulf firms work
Pick the United Arab Emirates when you register and your workspace starts with UAE settings.
UAE client records
TRN, trade licence number and Emirates ID on each client, with the emirate in the address and no postal code required.
VAT and Corporate Tax due dates
The compliance calendar knows UAE VAT returns (quarterly and monthly) and the Corporate Tax return, and turns them into requests.
Your working week
Reminders go out Monday to Friday and never on the weekend. Change the weekend days in Settings if yours differ.
Arabic for your clients
Clients can switch the portal to Arabic, laid out right to left, and receive reminders in Arabic or Urdu.
Amounts in dirhams
Fees and amounts show in AED with the right formatting. Saudi riyal, Kuwaiti dinar and the other Gulf currencies work too.
Saudi Arabia ready
VAT (monthly and quarterly), Zakat and income tax, withholding tax and GOSI on the compliance calendar, and VAT invoices with the ZATCA QR code.
Arabic quotes and invoices
Quotes and VAT invoices in English, bilingual or Arabic, with your TRN, IBAN and the date of supply.
Your own client fields
Emirates ID, passport or visa expiry and trade licence renewal, with an alert before each date.
VAT export
Every invoice and credit note, ready for your VAT return.
Not only accountants
PRO and HR services, visa agents, real estate, insurance and legal firms collect documents the same way, with checklists of their own.

Questions from UAE firms
Do our clients need an account?
No. Each request arrives as a secure link by email. Clients open it on their phone or computer and upload what is listed, with nothing to install and no password.
Can clients use GDesk in Arabic?
Yes. The client portal has an English and Arabic switch, and Arabic is shown right to left. You can also set a client’s reminder language to Arabic or Urdu.
Are the UAE tax due dates built in?
The compliance calendar includes UAE VAT returns and the Corporate Tax return for calendar-year taxpayers. You choose which ones apply to each client, and can adjust a date where a client’s period differs.
Does GDesk work for Saudi Arabia and the rest of the GCC?
Yes. Saudi firms get VAT, Zakat and GOSI dates, Saudi IDs and an option to show Hijri dates. Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain get their own ID fields, currencies and weekend.
Can we try it with a few clients first?
Yes. Talk to us about a pilot and we’ll help you set up your first checklists.
