What if a scan is unreadable?
AI checks each upload against what you asked for and tells the traveller straight away when a page is unreadable or the document is wrong, so they can upload again.
Do clients need a password?
No. They open a secure email link. If it expires, they ask for a new one with just their email address.
Does AI approve documents on its own?
