The free CRM for firms that serve clients
For any firm that serves clients (accounting, legal, consulting, HR and PRO, travel, real estate, insurance): win clients, quote your fees and get paid, next to your document work. Install it free on any plan; remove it any time and GDesk works the same.

From first enquiry to paid invoice
For every kind of firm: win clients, quote your fees and send GST or VAT invoices next to the document work. Free on every plan: install it from Settings → Apps. Without it, GDesk works exactly the same.
Enquiries board
New, Contacted, Quote sent, Won or Lost. Add an enquiry in four fields; GDesk flags possible duplicates.
Today, every morning
Who to follow up, quotes waiting for an answer and unpaid invoices, with Call and WhatsApp buttons that open your phone’s own apps.
Fee quotes with an accept link
Quote from your services list with tax worked out. The client views, downloads and accepts without signing in, and reminders follow after 2 and 5 days.
Make them a client
A won enquiry becomes a client with their contact, services and first invoice in one step. Enquiries don’t use your active-client allowance.
GST invoices and recurring billing
Tax invoices with CGST, SGST or IGST, SAC codes and a UPI QR code, part payments, credit notes, a GSTR-1 sales export, and monthly or yearly invoices that make themselves.
VAT invoices for the GCC
UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Bahrain: tax invoices with VAT, your TRN, IBAN and the date of supply, in English, bilingual or Arabic, with the ZATCA QR code in Saudi Arabia and a VAT export for your return.
Payment reminders
Friendly emails 3 days before the due date, on it, and 3 and 10 days after, only between 9 am and 8 pm.
Client timeline
Log notes, calls, meetings and emails on each enquiry and client. The timeline is internal and never appears on the client’s page.
Permissions that fit a firm
Staff see their own enquiries and assigned clients; fees stay with owners and admins unless you share them. Clients never see CRM records.
Run a growing firm from one CRM
Everything in CRM, plus the tools a growing firm needs. ₹1,499 a month or ₹14,990 a year (plus GST) on Starter and Growth, included in Pro. Switch between CRM and CRM Advanced any time: nothing is lost.
Collections desk
Who owes what by age, a daily call list with Call and WhatsApp, promises to pay with a reminder the day before, and statements of account.
Approvals
Quotes over an amount, or with a big discount, wait for a partner’s approval before they go. Every answer is on the quote.
Automations
“Website enquiry → share it out and say hello”, “Invoice 30 days overdue → collections task” and your own rules. Each runs once per record.
Tally and Zoho Books export
Sales invoices, credit notes and receipts for Tally Prime or Zoho Books, each exported once so your books never get duplicates.
Branches
Each office with its own tax number, bank details and invoice numbering. Staff can work in their branch only; reports and exports by branch.
Targets and team performance
Monthly or quarterly targets per person, branch or team, progress on everyone’s Today, and a summary email on the 1st.
Client profitability
Log time with a timer on requests, tasks and clients, and see fees against the cost of that time. Clients that lose money stand out.
AI help for your trade
The next step for a quiet enquiry, follow-up drafts in the client’s language, tidied call notes and the enquiries most likely to win, written for your kind of firm.
Website enquiry forms
Put a form on your website; enquiries arrive on your board with duplicates flagged.
Pipelines, deals and reports
Your own stages and deals, custom fields, saved views and the Integration API.

Good questions
Is there a CRM?
Yes, free on every plan and for every kind of firm: an enquiries board, a Today list of who to follow up, fee quotes clients accept online, and GST or VAT invoices with part payments, recurring billing and payment reminders. A won enquiry becomes a client in one step. CRM Advanced (₹1,499 a month on Starter and Growth, included in Pro) adds collections, approvals, automations, branches, targets, AI help and Tally or Zoho Books export.
Do leads count toward our active-client limit?
No. Enquiries are kept separate from clients, never receive document requests or portal access, and only count once you convert them into a client.
Can we issue VAT invoices in the UAE or Saudi Arabia?
Yes. VAT invoices in English, bilingual or Arabic, with your TRN, IBAN and date of supply, the ZATCA QR code in Saudi Arabia, and a VAT export for your return.
