GDesk is owned and operated by LUCENWARD, a sole proprietorship owned by Muhamed Shamsad, with its principal place of business at Cabin No. 103, 1st Floor, The Sook, Near Mathrubhumi, Swagathamadu, Kottakkal, Malappuram, Kerala 676510, India.

1. No physical delivery

GDesk is online software provided as a subscription service. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so no shipping charges apply.

2. How the service is delivered

The service is delivered online at app.gdesks.com. Once your payment is confirmed, your Plan is activated. A new firm receives a link by email to set its password, and paid applications and Credits are added to the account.

3. If you do not receive access

Access is normally available within minutes of a confirmed payment. If you have not received it, please check your spam folder and then contact us.
