Is there a free plan?
Yes: 10 active clients, 1 team member and 5 open requests, with no card needed. The free CRM and the free apps work on it too. Automatic reminders, monthly schedules and AI start on Starter.
How is pricing structured?
One price per firm, not per user: Free at ₹0, Starter at ₹1,299, Growth at ₹2,999 and Pro at ₹6,999 a month. Plans differ by clients, team members, open requests, storage and AI credits. Paying yearly gives two months free. Prices exclude GST, and you see the price and limits before you pay.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. An upgrade, to a bigger plan or to yearly billing, applies once you approve it, and you pay only the difference for the days left in your current period. A move to a smaller plan starts when your paid period ends.
What happens if we reach a limit?
Your current work carries on: you can finish and review open requests and download every file. Only new clients, new requests, new team members or new uploads wait until you upgrade.
Is AI extra?
No. Paid plans include monthly AI credits: 300 on Starter, 1,500 on Growth and 6,000 on Pro. A document check uses 2 credits and a draft or suggestion uses 1. If they run out, AI pauses until the 1st and everything else carries on, or the owner recharges any time: 300 credits for ₹299, valid for 12 months. The Free plan has no AI.
